CFAN is committed to quality within all functions of the company. This commitment is central to our culture, and we focus on eliminating defects and reducing variation ; as well as striving to continuously control and improve our processes. We do this by implementing widely recognized methodologies such as:

We are certified as an ISO/AS9100 quality system company. CFAN operates under FAA ACSEP requirements and is a certified FAR 145 repair station.

To ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, CFAN has invested in equipment and systems providing in-house capability for critical functions such as:

  • Non-destructive testing
  • Lab testing
  • Equipment calibration

Our experience in pioneering the complex processes required to manufacture wide chord composite fan blades has resulted in a large scale effort to implement statistical process control in the critical steps of the manufacturing process. To that effect, CFAN has developed an extensive data warehouse which provides information on hundreds of manufacturing process parameters on a daily basis.
